1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoldLoanBazaar ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Our Service

GoldLoanBazaar is a loan comparison and aggregation platform. We do not lend money ourselves. We connect borrowers with registered banks and NBFCs ("Lenders") who independently evaluate loan eligibility and determine terms.

Any loan offer, interest rate, or term displayed on the Platform is indicative and subject to change by the respective Lender. GoldLoanBazaar does not guarantee approval of any loan application.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be an Indian resident with a valid mobile number.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms on the Platform.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting your name and mobile number and verifying via OTP, you provide your explicit consent — under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCP) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 — for:

  • GoldLoanBazaar to share your details with partner Lenders.
  • Partner Lenders to contact you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding gold loan products, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry.

This consent is voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing support@goldloanbazaar.co, after which we will cease sharing your data with Lenders. Note that calls or messages already initiated by Lenders before withdrawal cannot be recalled.

5. Accuracy of Information & Gold Valuation

Gold rate data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market prices. It is provided for illustrative purposes only. The actual loan amount sanctioned by a Lender may differ based on physical gold assessment, hallmarking, and their own LTV policies.

GoldLoanBazaar does not physically inspect, verify, test, or value your gold at any stage. All figures shown on our calculators — including the estimated grams of gold required and the indicative loan amount — are approximations derived from published market rates. The verification of your gold's weight, purity, and authenticity, and the final valuation on which your loan is sanctioned, are carried out solely by the respective bank or NBFC as part of their own appraisal process. GoldLoanBazaar accepts no responsibility for any difference between the estimates shown on the Platform and the Lender's final valuation.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on GoldLoanBazaar constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You should independently verify loan terms and consult a financial advisor before taking any loan.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorisation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoldLoanBazaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

  • Loan rejection by any Lender.
  • Actions taken by Lenders after receiving your contact details.
  • Inaccuracies in gold rate estimates or indicative offer amounts.
  • Differences between Platform estimates and the Lender's physical valuation of your gold (weight, purity, or authenticity).
  • Technical downtime or errors on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and design on GoldLoanBazaar are owned by GoldLoanBazaar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Disclaimer

GoldLoanBazaar is an independent aggregator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any particular Lender. Lender logos and names are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. RBI registration details of each Lender can be verified on the RBI website.
